EUROSURVEY SRL gives importance and respects confidentiality, applying all laws and regulations necessary for data protection, including the REGULATION (UE) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) and the national legislation in force on the protection and security of personal data and hereby informs you about the processing of your personal data and the rights you have in accordance with them.

EUROSURVEY SRL (hereinafter referred to as “Company” or/and EUROSRUVEY SRL) is a company with more than 14 year experience in terms of survey and land measurements, headquartered in Bucharest, Badea Cartan str. no. 60, 2nd District . We collect information that contains personal or technical data mainly to provide answers to: requests for offers, provision of services, complaints, improvement of our services, questions or requests for correspondence.

In order to fulfill its processing purposes, EUROSURVEY S.R.L. processes the data you provide us directly, respectively: name, surname, Personal identification number, address, telephone number, e-mail, signature, citizenship, serial and identity card number, as well as the date of its issuance and expiration, marital status, sex, financial data (bank account number, any financial transactions in which individuals are involved , legal), data about family members, as well as any other information that you provide directly to Eurosurvey, for carrying out the activity of concluding service provision contracts, according to the object of activity of the Company and respectively the provision of related services, both in relationship with the competent authorities as well as with the beneficiaries.

Your personal data are intended for use by the Company and are communicated to other recipients, if applicable, including central and local institutions / authorities in order to provide contractual services.
